Trace Reference: Make it possible to save different trace references to different views

The Trace References always show the last choosen Reference. This makes it impossible to use the Trace tool from Worksheet DWGs for different floor plans e.g. 

Solution: Make it possible to save the choosen trace reference to the view by "Redefine with Current Window Settings". This would enable having different DWG worksheets on different stories.

It is complicated. The reference is typically used during drafting/modeling work, not necessarily from a predefined view –with layers turned on and off, and other temporary custom settings. And updating the view each time for changes in the reference only (a single viewpoint/view changes references frequently during work) carries the risk of inadvertently modifying other view settings. 

The analogy is, you are working on a drafting table and have the reference sheet behind for tracing; the underlay is taped to the table, not the sheet you are working on; the reference is tied to the viewpoint and not the view. Different sections are considered different viewpoints (different “drafting tables”), but the floor plan viewpoint is a single one for all stories.

Thanks @Ignacio Azpiazu! However that makes sense only it you can save the reference on a view. This would allow a very powerful and quick tool for visualization. I need it very often and to get a similar (worst: no transprencies ecc) result in Archicad one needs quite a workaround (grafic ovverlays, saving views, ecc) while the tool is already there and very smart.
