I ended up going to the Drawing Index and changing the number to a letter. Not as comprehensive an explanation as other posts but it works! The transmittal automatically updates to the next letter. 落

Same issue. Spend forever trying to problem solve to eventually submit to googling the answer, to find a thread with the dilemma, but no resolution! BUH!!
