Missing surface image that's not listed in Surface Attribute

We're currently in the works to upgrade our templates from AC27 to AC29. Which is always a good time to clear out any warnings from the library manager, but this one I'm getting is vexing me. As an example:Under Missing Library Parts > from Attribute...
