SOLVED!

Missing surface image that's not listed in Surface Attribute

We're currently in the works to upgrade our templates from AC27 to AC29.

Which is always a good time to clear out any warnings from the library manager, but this one I'm getting is vexing me.

As an example:
Under Missing Library Parts > from Attributes I'm missing:

When checking for more info, I see it is missing from the following attribute:

So, next I check that surface in the surface manager, but wierdly enough, there's nothing listed as missing there. See image below for the settings of that surface:

I'm at a loss how to proceed fixing the error message from the Library manager.

Any help?

Kori:

In the Surfaces dialog box, also check the settings for the Cineware engine, it could be used there.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

It may be that a texture is being used elsewhere as a texture. Open the Attribute Manager to find the missing textures; these are indicated with a red icon.

Thanks David,

This helped me out.

The exact solution (in case others encounter the same issue) was to go to:
Cineware Engine > Match settings >  Update Cineware Settings (from Basic).

Issue resolved.

Also, thanks for the tip on the signature (should be fixed now).

Good to know that worked.

Using the Update Cineware Settings (from Basic) command is one way, but it will simplify the Cineware settings. Not a big deal if the Cineware engine is not being used:

Otherwise, one has to search in the Cineware settings to find and replace the missing texture.

Thanks for adding your signature.
