No representation of symbolic MEP elbows, Y and T in plan

Hello. When I create a pipe routing model in MEP and select the "symbolic" option in the model view options, it doesn't display elbows, Y-fittings, or T-fittings. However, it does in the sample MEP model in the software. Am I missing something? Operating system used: Windows...
