But if you have a perpetual license but you don’t have a valid SSA you won’t be able to use the tool. it is a kind a subscription.

Ok I found out why. Before went you activate your SSA licence everything was done but now you have to go to your licence information and do SSA Status Validation to activate it.

With our solution it still working but I find out that if you modify the translator setup we get the same result in autocad. We don't see all the page in autocad.  in paper space mode.
