Archicad 28 slow to start

Just installed the latest hotfix (4001). Opened our template file and my timer got to 18:10 before I killed the process. Stuck on updating Lib data. It was slow before but now it's just ridiculous.

I'm having an issue with the current update. When applying the roof accessory to roof planes it all applies fine: Yet when I update said accessories with a favorite setting from my favorites list, the accessories completely disassociate from the roof...
