とても凄いですね！ BIMの3D上で実施できると作成と検証が同時にできるのでとても業務効率化になりますね！施主様への説明もですが、作る側にも作成時の「気づき」になるのが大きなメリットと感じました。他にも難易度の高い施工手順の確認や建替･改修工事の説明にも活用が出来そうな仕組みですね。とても勉強になりました。情報共有ありがとうございます！
