Hi Steven, maybe this will works: 1. Select the two roof planes 2. Right mouse click>Connect>Merge Elements

The preview of hotfix 4012(4009?) improves the 2d pan/zoom lagging (as far as i see).

I had same pan/zoom performance issue under win10. Try AC20 in different user account. If it works you should delete archicad 20 branch under HKEY_CURRENT_USER from registry in your user account. (It will reset your working enviroment!! Save it befor...
