DWG import crashing AC27

We have details from a dwg file drawn in house. Every time we bring it in, it crashes AC27. We have not had this problem before with other details drawn in house. Has anyone else had this issue? Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon Sonoma 14.4.1

Complex profile wall intersection

Can anyone help with the cleanup of walls. I have made complex profiles, and I cannot seem to get them to intersect correctly. I have played with layers, renovation filters, building material intersection priorities. Working in AC26 on Mac Studio.
