ArchiCAD to Cinema 4D Plugin problem

I installed the Cinema 4D Plugin and everything seems to work! Only when I want to change the export options from Class to surface the Plugin does not appear in Interoperability neither in planning extras. My Archicad and Plugin versions are the latest and both German. Thank...
