Different features according to Archicad Language?!!!!!

Hello I ve just noticed that not all the features exist equally between my Archicad 27 _ INT and Archicad 27 _ GER . in the Attached capture the Flächenberechnung doesn't exist in the INT version ....... anyone knows why ?
