Different features according to Archicad Language?!!!!!

Hello I ve just noticed that not all the features exist equally between my Archicad 27 _ INT and Archicad 27 _ GER  . in the Attached capture the Flächenberechnung  doesn't exist in the INT version .......   anyone knows why ?

 Certain localized versions have add-ons/ plugins and library parts that were developed by and for that specific market in only that market’s language… not by Graphisoft headquarters.   the German/DAUCH and Japanese markets come to mind.  It is conceivable (no idea how likely that it would work) that the add on can be copied from the GER folder and into the INT folder to get the functionality in INT.
