Although I have an official license, the AI Assistant does not work for me. The following message appears:
"Oh no...
You do not have the necessary permissions to use the AI Assistant. Contact your system administrator for more information."
What do I need to enable in the system settings (Win 11) for it to work?

I agree. Hopefully new better BIM software comes out soon!

I have 4 computers; my primary laptop, the AI assistant does not work for... I addressed this in beta testing, but since it wasn't replicable on other devices, I think it was just tossed out.
It still doesnt work; but on the computers it DOES work for, I've determined I'm not missing out on much.

Is there any chance that a firewall is the cause.
Does disabling or resetting firewall or network make any difference??

I've looked at that; I've tried to get GS to look into that... nothing obviously different from computer 1 to computer 2; and why it is not working on one but is on the other. I've even tried uninstalling, reinstalling AC

Hi @525 that's simple. Sign in at https://www.graphisoft.com/ and click the "Buy" button at the top-right corner of the page.

The AI tools are not worth a cloud license. AI tools in archicad are crap

still only works on 1 of my computers; regardless of OS updates, AC updates... I have one mac book (M3) that it doesn't work on, and one (also M3) that it does work on.
AI assistant is definitely not 'usable', but I don't think it was released with that in mind. It's more about staying on the edge of current tech... it WILL be one of the most used features of the software, eventually. But there are a lot of bugs to work out.
An unfortunate part of software development appears to be user fed input. I just hope that Graphisoft continues to receive that input (through tech support, this forum, and actively seeking out feedback)
