AI Visualizer in Grey

Hello everyone,

I installed AI Visualizer ad recommended do Windows and, in Palletes, I can't run it. It's grey, doesn't open nothing.

Any recommendation? Thank you!

Are you working in teamwork? I think AI Visualizer don't work in teamwork, only in solo project.

Are you working from a Teamwork file?  I found the same issue with a TW file and after saving it out as PLN, the AI visualizer was available and worked for me.

Yeah i also notice that when I'm working on a Teamwork file it's disabled not sure what's the reason behind it but you can just open a new Archicad window and link your teamwork file as a hotlink then the Ai Visualizer will be enabled. 😎
