Image Generation failing | "float32" and "--no-half" prompts

Something's failing when I request to Generate an Image.

I run a mac with Sonoma, M1 Pro chip and 16 GB of RAM.

Here's what I see when properly starting the engine.

And here's what I see after requesting the Generation.

There's a prompt saying:
"Try setting the "Upcast cross attention layer to float32" option in Settings > Stable Diffusion or using the --no-half commandline argument to fix this."
How should I fix this?

Hi,

Thanks for the pictures.

Please close all other apps running in the background and it is worth trying to run the engine in High Vram mode.

On the AI Visulaizer UI:
- stop the engine (the button next to the 'Start AI Engine') and wait a minute
- check the 'Start in High Vram mode' checkbox
- Start the AI Engine (and wait for it to start)
- generate a picture

If it still fails please contact your local support because we need to investigate this issue.

Kind regards,

I have the same problem, please can you tell us if you solved the issue and the way you did it?
Thank you!

This had no effect on the issue.
But, thank you!

I haven't been able to solve it.

Thank you.
Maybe my problem is the vram, I have only 6 GB and the minimum required is 8, but I'm trying the same.

Hi Laura_c,

Yes, the minimum system requirement to run the Add-on is 8 GB of VRAM on Windows.

Hi,

Please send us the whole content of the Terminal (Shell, Export text as...) window after you start the AI Engine in HighVram mode.

Thank you,

Hi valentinab,

Have you tried to start the engine in low VRAM mode?

On the AI Visulaizer UI:
- stop the engine (the button next to the 'Start AI Engine') and wait a minute
- uncheck the 'Start in High Vram mode' checkbox
- Start the AI Engine (and wait for it to start)
- generate a picture

If it still fails please contact your local support because we need to investigate this issue.

Kind regards,
