Still the API download is not possible...for more than a month.

Could you say what is not working? I just clicked the big blue download button and it seems to work fine. Is your issue with an earlier release? Have you tried different browsers?

I cannot register as developer. There is no option available. I contacted the dev team and they have no idea when they will fix it. Is there any other way to download it...?

Not being able to register is different from not being able to download. Only registered developers have access to the developer kits.
You have a Graphisoft ID - which is what you used to sign in here (and for your product). What happens when you use that Graphisoft ID to attempt to sign in on the developer site here:

I'm very sorry for the late response. There were some technical problems on our site, but now you should see the development kits. Can you please confirm whether the issue is solved?
