Need names of ArchiCAD addon programming books.

Can somebody suggest names of a few books where programming ArchiCAD addons using VC++ .NET can be learned? And if possible where I can get them.

Its very urgent.

Unfortunately while there are thousands of books on C and C++, there are none on the Archicad API. There is just the documentation that comes with it.
