I would like to ask how to release a plugin using the demo version of Archicad.Can this version of the packaged apx file be used by other machines?

It should work if you use a correct developer id and plugin id in your plugin's headers/resources.

It will work with the full version of Archicad, and if you don't use network functionalities in your AddOn, then it won't need any network connection.
