ArchiCAD 18 Bimx Problem

Hi everyone;

I have a problem about Archicad 18 Bimx. My problem is; Bimx dial command is not active in 3D drawing screen. I can't transfer modellings to BIMx. I'm adding a photo-down menu on the state. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi,
I too have the same problem in AC 18. I am not getting BIMx in this. I tried all these methods but still its coming.
I tried reinstalling again but again its not opening. Even the add-on is also added properly but still why its not coming.
Can any one suggest what is the issue.
And this is the hp machine with all configuration what GS has suggested. BUt again what is the issue. I am trying out this from last few days I don't got the solution. Can any one help me with this.
