BIMx error message

My client received an error message "Browser not supported" upon attempting to open a hypermodel.  They used various models to try to open but received the same message each app.   Any suggestions?

Hi Tom,

Thank you for raising this issue!
The BIMx Web Viewer is not compatible with iOS and iPadOS unfortunately. You can read about it in the system requirements. 

Please scroll down to the download button and use the mobile application instead.
