BIMx on Windows vs Android

Hello reniwqwil5,

Is there a big difference between the Android BIMx app and the Windows BIMx viewer?

3 years ago with AC21 BIMX app on iOS or Android was the only way to have the full bimx experience.
In 2019 we were able to have the same experience with android and windows or macos devices by the web bimx viewer
In 2020 with AC24 there is almost no more difference.

The bimx app for android is much better. The windows one is the same as the desktop version for any windows computer. You could try running an android emulator on your windows tablet to run the android bimx app. I e heard of people doing this and it works. I haven't do e it myself. A windows 2 in 1 is a much better device than and a droid tablet though.
