isabelacruz:

If you are referring to BIMX, it can be saved from the 3D Window, not the plan.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

You can "Save As" and choose the BIMx option for a model you can move around, but for the BIMx Hyper-models (with links and 2D / 3D navigation) you need to purchase the BIMx Pro license.

Anyone should be able to publish a BIMx Hyper-model.
You just need to purchase a license to view it on your mobile device.

Check your Add-on Manager (Options menu) to see if the BIMx add-on is installed.
It should be as it comes default with Archicad (from version 17).

If it isn't active all I can think of is to repair or re-install Archicad.

There will be other posts here about BIMx not being available - it is just a matter of finding them.

So you don't have a WIBU or Codemeter license?
That would be why it doesn't work.
You must have a valid license for it to work.

Not if you don't have a proper (paid for) license from your local distributor.
It will make no difference - BIMx just won't work without it as far as I know.
