Creating a 3D BIMx model

When I use publisher in Archicad 27 to create a BIMx model and open it in BIMx viewer there is no 3D model only 2D plans and drawings. I followed the instructions on creating the BIMx but it is not working. I include 3D views in the publishing set. Can anybody help?

does the 3d view saved from the view map include model content? if the view has been saved with a cut plane or show selection/marquee limitation, or even a custom layer combo, it may be omitting elements (even all elements) by the source view.
it could also be that when you are publishing, it is publishing selected elements, rather than entire set.
