Sharing link with consultant - they get full access : (

I have published a set and created a 'company member' on my Graphisoft account for the consultant. But when I send them the link, they also have access to all my other BIMx projects on the Graphisoft server. They are able to view and to delete models.

How should I do this, so they can *only view the model I share with them*?

Possibly depending upon your archicad license there should be public and private models and you can just share the link to the model without the need of setting up an account to view them.

I do have both. The problem is, if I create an account for them, they get to see everything - even those models which are password-protected can be viewed in the web browser, and the screen the client will be seeing allows them to navigate to all the company folders containing other projects' models. Abysmal setup.

I now see that they can use the BIMx app on their device with the shared URL of the project I want to share with them as long as they are logged in to any GS free account they create (i.e. they don't need to have an Archicad licence etc). Saving grace.
