PROBLEM - Cannot connect to BIMx model transfer site

Hi there, I have been having issues with the model upload and continue to get the message that archicad cannot connect to the BIMx transfer site. I have checked all computer settings. no issues there. I have tried different files and still get the same error. Error code 9902.
PLEASE HELP!
I have ArchiCAD 23.

Thank you very much for the report and I am very sorry for the issue!

Recently we received another similar case. For further investigation, we would like to collect the BIMx's Uploader log (https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/knowledgebase/63120/) and Archicad's FastLogger (https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/knowledgebase/63116/) after reproducing the issue at least once. Please let me know if you need a secure place to upload the files!
