2D DWF Export

Hi all. 

I need to send my large 2D construction set to a client via a DWF file. publisher does this for each layout, however I need 1 consolidated file. I read that if I do this as a simple Save As, it will save the model space view? Does anyone know of a way to export to DWF, essentially merging my layouts into the 1 file?

You can publish them as a single DWG file, then use Autodesk DWG TrueView, which is a free app, and it may be able to convert the DWG to DWF:
