Bluebeam Sessions - Bug report: Archicad 29 Bluebeam Connection plugin

Hello, I think I have found a bug in the Bluebeam connection when creating Sessions from Archicad 29.

Environment

• Archicad 29
• Bluebeam account hosted on the German server (projects and sessions are normally under www.bluebeamstudio.de or https://app.bluebeam.de/sessions/…)

Observed behavior

• When I create a Session from the AC29 Bluebeam connection, it is created at: https://app.bluebeam.com/sessions/xxx-xxx-xxx
• Because that URL points to the US/global site, the Session is not linked to my paid German account and core features (syncing, etc.) do not work.

Expected behavior

• Sessions created from Archicad should use the German domain (https://app.bluebeam.de/sessions/…) and be associated with my German Bluebeam account so that syncing and paid features work correctly.

Additional notes

• I believe this problem has existed in previous Archicad/Bluebeam integration versions as well.

Request - Please investigate and either:

• Fix the integration so Archicad uses the correct regional Bluebeam domain for my account, or
• Provide a reliable workaround and clear steps I can follow to ensure Sessions are created on the German server.

I can provide screenshots, exact session URLs, account details, and logs if needed. Thank you for your help.

We have the same issue.  We are in the UK.  I presume it connects to the US server, so we can't sign in at all.  I've not used the bluebeam connection at all before, so learning the ropes with it.

You can claim at Bluebeam to change the region of you subscription .. so it solve the issue

Same issue here (from Australia).

Changing Region with Bluebeam is not an option for us.

There needs to be an option to select the region when you sign in - same as what appears on their website.

Will there be any update to this? 

Graphisoft said they will address it in the next update, but it is still not working.

Anyone else have any luck?
