Finally had a chance to use the 3D Profiler Tool and IMHO it is well worth the money.
It took a couple of tries to get it to do exactly what I wanted, OR IOW for me to learn how to use it correctly, but the result is excellent, particularly for gable ends and shed roofs.
The interface needs a little bit of fixup to make it more user friendly, but if you are in need of a good 3D profiler, this one does it.
