3DS import problem

Hi!

I have problem importing 3DS models to ArchiCAD. I tried it by just dragging the file onto workspace but nothing happened.
The help says: File > Open > Open, choose the file. I did it this way and such prompt occured: "Opening element [file title] in this window was impossible." (Goes more-less like this, I'm translating from Polish.)

For comparison, SketchUp models import super smoothly.

I'm using AC 22.
