AC18 not launching past the "Starting ArchiCAD 18" window

Is anyone else having this issue?

The 'Remapping.apx' add-on is preventing AC18 from launching: When the add-on is placed either in the 'Add-ons' folder or the 'Import-export' subfolder, I get the eternal spinning beach ball when I launch AC18 - as soon as the 'start ArchiCAD pane appears' (deleting the Remapping.apx file solves the problem - but obviously the corresponding functionality is lost).

Correction: It does not seem be caused by the Remapping add-on: Even when the add-on is deleted and the MBP restarted, AC hangs when it gets to the 'start ArchiCAD' pane.

Any advice, please?

Problem solved by a fresh install of AC18 : A lot of time lost but atleast we're up and running...

Thanks to UAS support UK: Most appreciated.

I spoke too soon: Fresh install of AC18 has not solved our problem. AC18 simply stops (spinning beach ball) at the 'Starting ArchiCAD 18' window.

Any one else having this problem?

Problem appears to be resolved: Uninstall the WIBU key driver and re-install from the Graphisoft website (version 6.20).

For info: we had uninstalled the WIBU key driver and installed the latest version (6.30) from the WIBU website, but the problem persisted.

Many thanks to Graphisoft for their extremely rapid support.
