Archistair is "a must" since stairmaker is crippled in a million ways.
Architerra is also a must if you want to model the land terrain ( i always do)

Archiforma may be usefull if you do model all 3d details (higly unlikely in greece) but the main alternative is using the native gdl langruage (its 1000% productive to know gdl, although i will shout again, GIVE US INTERACTIVITY)

I also use Cadimage Accesorries tools to apply the last skin to the building, whatever that is (stucco, bricks, stone)

I also use Keynotes by Cadimage. Once you setup the keynote system it helps a lot (especially if you want to make detailed constuction drawings.)

If you want to ask something pm in greek ( its not polite to speak greek in the forum )

And don't forget Door/Window Builder, also by Cadimage. A must IMHO.

Hi,
I have ArchiStair and ArchiTerra and like them alot but the problem I have is that they are not Object oriented, meaning when I have to share my drawings or not have a licence for every computer and/or worst of all when there is a ArchiCad upgrade I am in cold and the stair or mesh will not showup.

CadImage products are very useful but have had problem with above issues, bugs in there products and not a good tech support.

Objective is good, very good and non of the above draw backs.

I know I've said all this before, but I tend toward object-only tools instead of object-plus-add-on tools.

When you buy an object like Door/Window Builder, you install it once in the company library and it usually works until it dies.

Add-ons require licensing on each machine plus must be updated/relicensed any time there is a new Archicad version.

Plus, you can usually tinker with the object-based tools.

This is why we MUST have a more powerfull GDL. (at least at the level of autocad's autolisp back in the 80's! )

While I would like a scripting language in Archicad, I'm not sure GDL is the route to go with it. That seems like a very different function in the program.
