Door Schedule Conflict

On the interactive door and frame schedule, I'm having problems associating certain doors with thier respective rooms. The problem appears to be that those particular doors are outward swinging to a common area and thus, the Room# is not appearing on the schedule. How can I make them appear on the schedule??

I usually find this problem comes from the Zone not being snapped to the face of the wall (or not updated if you use the auto-placement methods)

I abandoned associating the door number with the zone when I discovered the the door inherits the number of the zone it swings into, which is not always appropriate (especially when it's a means of egress to the outside, in which case there is no door number). I manually number doors via their ID.

oh, yeah.... Like Laura says, I use the Zones to generate the To/From room names (I show both on my schedule), but number them manually.

That also allows you to number multiple doors within a room, like 101A,101B, 101C, etc.
