ArchiCAD 9 Crashes When Opening DWG File

I am trying to import a dwg file from a window manufacturer which causes me to get the bug report and crash every time.

A colleague is able to open the dwg file so this is not the manufacturer's file that is the problem. Maybe my translator is not set up correctly (though this wasn't a problem before)?

Any ideas greatly appreciated!

Please add some information about your ArchiCAD set up. You can add this to your signature accessible from the Profile tab.

The problem you report might be related to running multiple versions of ArchiCAD - esp. if you're using and Intel Mac.

The more infomration you offer, the easier is is for people to respond.
