Interesting idea. Like many I am curious how archicad compares/contrasts with Revit and other similar programs. Cecelia's I would suggest a list of challenges chosen to demonstrate workflow and features per your description. Then, individuals and/or teams can select which challenge(s) they are willing to demo per your outline. this way it's not such a time burden on any one.
The challenge for you and perhaps Wes or another Revit user would be finalizing the lists of tasks to be done.
All this brings to mind the CAD shootouts that Geoff Langdon used to arrange. Sadly, he passed away not long ago.

I attended one years ago. There were 5 or 6 teams with 2 or 3 people, each representing a different CAD product. The proposed project was the same for each with a number of judging categories. Observers could watch live on big screens in the auditorium where it took place as each team arrived at the same end product. Archicad was the overall winner. It was easy to compare the strengths and weakness of the programs. [We still have nearly the same bottom rated stairs
].
Not all teams finished all the requirements.
