ArchiCAD license with CadImage Tools

Dear All,

I have recently started one Architectural form, So far I am using AutoCAD and other client custom softwares. Now one of our clients wanted ArchiCAD-12 with CadImgae tools. But I see the cost of the ArchiCAD+CadImage bit high. Can any one suggest me the way to get the license in hire or 1 year subscription which can cast me low. As I am not interested to use crack or other non-licensed versions, I would like to take your suggestions on this.
