Bill of Materials

How do I generate a bill of materials. Square feet of wall surface, slabs, etc. I have a Client who asked me if I can do it with Archicad. I have no idea, nothing that I can find in any of the ArchiWiki or Talk Forum. Can AC do it? I would assume it would be a schedule of some kind.

Well... a bill of materials is one thing (complex - need property scripts), and square footages of surfaces, volume of concrete, etc is another (simple - just use interactive scheduler).

This has been talked about at length in these forums, with Rick Thompson giving examples of his bill of materials for his stock plans in particular.
