License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Calculated fields

I have been asked to add a 'contingency' quantity to a schedule, which is a percentage of the quantity in the model. So, for example, if there are 26 in the model, I need to add 4 as contingency, making a total of 30 to be ordered from the supplier.

I'm not aware of Archicad being able to calculate fields - but does anyone have ideas on how to do this without having to export to Excel? Given I have a preview associated with each part, any update would require a re-export of the Excel file, adding of addition rows (formatting, formulas), changing of page layout to export as a PDF to bring back into Archicad.

It would be much simpler if I could keep this in the .pln file as a schedule.

no way in AC21.
AC22 has some possibilities for that, otherwise export to Excel.
