Can't the colors come out when exporting dwg?

No.

The colors in a DWG file are totally dependent of the pen table you or the receiver use. If you and the receiver can agree on what color each pen number stands for, then you can make it work. If you use the standard Autocad pen table included as an optional attribute in Archicad, that may make it easier. But not easy.

If you want full control over your output, use PDF instead of DWG.

In order for the color to come out, the color of the surface visible in 3D has to be exported to Autocad's hatch, but the hatch only appears in the cross section.
Is there anything exported to autocad for surface color?
