I have checked the IFC file. Here is what is happening:
The Beams that are simple extruded profiles (they are not cut by Purlins) are converted to Extrusions in the IFC file, which can then be properly converted to ARCHICAD Beams.
The Beams that are cut by the Purlins in Revit are converted to BREP in the IFC file to preserve their exact geometry. Since these are no longer Extrusions, they cannot be converted to ARCHICAD Beams (since ARCHICAD Beams do not have such options), so they are converted to Objects to preserve the exact geometry.
The consultant should remove the cuts of those Beams by those Purlins in Revit so when you view those Beams in 3D they are simple extrusions. Then resave as IFC and then they will be converted properly to ARCHICAD Beams.
