I am trying to import DWG file, which I received the mail from the client.
It is showing the bug report.
I tried so many times, it is not coming.
Help me this.

Can you open the file in a DWG viewer - something like TrueView?
If you open it with TrueView, you can also re-save it as a different (older) DWG version.
Just re-saving it may solve the problem.

I tried re saving also, but not in the true view or DWG viewer,
But in the Autocad 2020, I opened the file and resaved to the 2000 version, and opened in AC,
still it is coming as bug report

What does the bug report say?
DWG files can contain a lot of data that is not created by AutoCAD, but by some AutoCAD Add-On. When you open such a file in Archicad, those elements created by AutoCAD Add-Ons may not be visible, or they may give a warning or error message.
This is why I am asking what the message/report is. We might be able to figure something out based on that information.

Ah, OK, I thought it gave you an error message that could give a clue about what went wrong.
I can not say anything smart here except that you should follow up the report with your local reseller.
