Hi,

Just got hold of a copy of C4D. Having problems exporting the 3D model into it... Can anyone please show me how to do it.
Thanks a lot, your help is greatly appreciated.

Use 3Ds export

or the official notforfree file exchange plugin method:

Thanks.

Just wanna know when would your revised version of your book that includes AC11 be out? and is Lightworks the same as the one in Archicad or a different program.

If you were contemplating getting my book, by the time it arrives and you register, the supplement will be available. Around three or four pages.

LightWorks is little changed in Archicad 11 - more displacement shaders to match many of the color pattern shaders. simple.

I don't understand your question about LightWorks. Graphisoft licensed the LightWorks rendering engine from LightWorks Design of Sheffield. They have partially implemented it in Archicad. You cannot purchase LightWorks except as incorporated into a CAD application.
It is confusing because there are many rendering applications with similar names: "LightWave." "LightParticle." "LightWaveorParticlethedebatecontinues."

On your book, is or will there be a PDF available? I'm in a 2nd-world country and things often don't make it past the border pockets or in the mail...

I'd like to read it though!

Thanks.

Publishing a book like this in PDF would be foolish.
So, hard copy is the only way to go.
Let me send it to you in Seattle.
