GDl +Schudle+lists

Hi,

Well my question is tis,

I have made a costum GDL file, of different types of square steel tube connectors whish you can choose any of them before inserting it to the project,

1. Let´s say that I have A, B, C connectors (were the 3 different types are in the same file), how can archicad list the sum of A's or B's or C's connections, with there real name (whish was previously inserted inside the GDL file) ?

2. If I want to make a custom structure, where there was a number As, Bs and Cs connectors (whish were mentioned above):
a. How could these connecter counted in discriptors?
b. How can I get the total number of different connectors used even if some where used in costum structures?
A good friend of mine have once told me that I´m so brute that I´m capable of creating a GDL script capable of creating GDLs.

If I understand you correctly:

1. You can schedule the connector type as an additional parameter. This can be done in the standard scheduler.

2. You have to write a property script which calculates the number and types of connectors. This requires using the more complicated quantifier tools.
