How to add more space between schedule parts on layout?

The schedules would need some more space between the rows to make them more readable. Is there a way to do this? Adding empty rows for the elements is not what I'm after... I want a wider totally blank space...

You can increase row heights by either moving the little black lines on the ruler to the left or if you click the the three dots ... in top left you can set the value per row.

Or if you go to entire schedule format options, you can set a new value there. Say you have 2 mm text, you can set 5 mm row height, leaving more blank space around the text.
