How to export a view with a cloud point in there to dwg?

I need to export some views to dwg from a model that has a point cloud in it. Is it possible to export the view with the point cloud to dwg? I need the dwg to keep the cloud, obviously. Maybe dxf? How can a view with a point cloud be exported other than printing a pdf?

I don't know the answer either, but googling seemed to give the answer: It doesn't.

Even in AutoCAD you will just XREF them...
