IFC Translator missing in imported .pla file

Every default translator is missing and I can not add a new one either.
Can this be because I am in a v25 and the file is made with v22? Should it matter?

You can import the translators from the Template.

Just click on the import button (right to the information button down the window) and go to Defaults/Archicad/ folder.
