I am about to receive a couple of IFC files from consultants to merge? add? with my AC model.

Are there any words of wisdom regarding this operations you wish to share?
Is there a guidelines among Graphisoft literature for this operations?

If I remember correctly, Chapter 8 and 9 contain a lot of stuff about IFC data exchange.
