Interactive Schedule - drawing scale and colour

I'm having some problems with setting up interactive schedule for doors (haven't tried windows yet):

* i want the elevation of the doors to output at 1:50 scale but can't
seem to find where to set this;

* out of 15 doors being scheduled, 11 elevations appear as black line
drawings (as preferred), while four have a grey shading/fill. why would
this be and how can i make them appear consistent?

any insights or arkane knowledge into the inner workings of the I.S. appreciated. have tried searching the database and the help files but no solutions yet.

The output of the schedule initially directly reflects the scale of the floor plan. So if you want the schedule to be 1:50 then set this scale on the floor plan to 1:50 before you open the schedule. Then save the view and check that you have the correct scale and if not change it there.
As far as the colour in the schedule is concerned go to the Model view options and check (believe it or not) Override Cut fills
