How do you set up layer combination for door schedule and window schedule?

Schedules do not use layer combos. You can safely ignore the (locked) combo name. But, if it bugs you, as I recall, the combo shown there is whatever combo is active when the schedule view is created. So, just activate the view, change combos, and update the view settings.
