Making text into line work

Not applicable
I am trying to send a DWG file with text to a water-jet shop and I need to create a file where the text is all converted into line work.
I know there is an explode command in Archi-cad 10 but I that is not separating the text into lines. Ideally I need to get the text into
all lines and arcs but if I had to splines would work too. Any suggestions.

You could try the Text 3D object in the Archicad Library, place it in plan view with rotation around X set to 0, and Show view in 2D under the 2D Representation tab set to ON (and increase 3D resolution if necessary), then explode the object. This converts it to lines and fills.

(Might be slightly different in AC10, but same principle)
